CONTRACT

Every Co-Owner will get the advantages above guaranteed in a written form.After receiving the reservation-charge, we will send the contract to you immediately.
Please send it back to us, signed.

Once the Co - Owner charge is paid, you will receive the Co-Owner contract signed by us which allows you to use all the terms mentioned above.


Receive of the percentage of the profit every year

The paid out percentage profit is 15% of the whole profit and will be paid out on February the 1st of the following year.

If you want your profit to be paid out or you want to put it in our new projects which will be introduced to you on the members-meeting, is up to you of course.


Reservation charge

The reservation charge amounts to 5% of the complete bill that is to pay. After acquitting the unpaid balance, the 5% will be credited of course.

In case of a Rescission or not keeping the Co-Owner condition we will keep 2% of the bill that is to pay. You will automatically turn into VIP.

How do I become CO-Member?

If you click the button below you will send us the reservation charge of 2500€. As soon as we receive them, we will send you the contract immediately, which is supposed to be sent back to us, signed.

When we are ready for the built up of one of our projects, we will contact you again and ask you to acquid the unpaid balance. As soon as this is confirmed, you will receive the signed contract, which allows you to be in use of all the advantages above.
